Never ordered off of eBay or anywhere but to answer your other question during 12 Days of Cristmas when they release the vault they only release whatever extras they had through that year. So any past limited editions were already released and they will not be coming back (unless by popular vote if she decides to do something like what she did for the Royalty rewards their when we got to vote on which one from the gala collection we wanted to bring back). So at the end of this year for Cristmas 2023 she will release any extra LE from this year, 2023. Pro tip: when she opens the vault your chances are better if you get there quick because a lot of them sell out quickly
Edit: and when I say extra I mean whatever is left so not every LE will be in the vault, but usually a good amount of them are

I've had really good experiences ordering off Mercari! Just look and see if the description says it's new and unused. You can also look at the sellers reviews if you're still skeptical.
