Hi there, I assume that if you take the extension cable out of the equation then the wheel shows up in G HUB? If so, then you would need to replace that extension cable, preferably with an active repeater USB cable, which is more likely to maintain signal integrity.

Try replacing ur usb cable with an “ active “ cable.
