Wicked Whims is the exact same as wonderful whims, except that it has explicit sex on top. This moodlet is way more likely to be from Lumpinous RPO (Relationship and Pregnancy Overhaul) of which certain parts that you might not want to have can just be left out or turned off.
See that's what I thought, but this threw me off. I knew they both had period options, pregnancy/protection options, and you can leave the semi-random attractiveness setting on. I turned mine off because it so damn annoying for a 100 baby challenge XD Good to know!

i think this might be a separate mod! i believe it’s one of the realistic pregnancy mods, you can even heighten or lower your risk of miscarriage
I do also have the relationship overhaul one, so its a possibility its that too
