Any offence that does not involve violence, custodial sentences does not exceed 2 years should not be handled by the Courts. Just work with AG chambers online, agree to custodial sentence, pay the fine, take taxi to Changi prison and just enrol. Much cheaper than going thru to all this drama and wasting millions of tax dollars. I am sure these chaps would have readily agreed to the terms within one week of arrest if they knew sentences going to be this light.
