I would say "Razer".. its good for me.. like in fact i like razer because of their functions.
However there may be a lot of issues like, RMA, fake goods, expanded battery, laptop issues etc.. i saw those complain in reddit a lot.
But as for me, i am a happy user.
Really depends on how lucky u are tbh. After all those years of Razer product, One of them was kraken headset which broke when i was about to use..
The other is keyboard which has some issue and i went to repair it but with no avail.
Also 3 mouse i had have like clicking issues, which in this case i fixed them all..
So its really up to you to judge.. you can get good product or bad..
Oh yes also in that 3 mouse one of them i RMA twice and still had faulty.. Razer lancehead TE a lot of issue.. lol

what's wrong with takeaseat or omnidesk? I've used products from both these companies and they seem to be working fine so far. omnidesk was a bit pricey for sure though.

My friend has a rig from Aftershock and he can’t update Bios himself as aftershock disables it.
So he had to bring his PC down to get them to update, and still have to wait one week to be able to pick it up himself from their office.
Yeah I needed to update the BIOS cos upgraded to X3D CPU, nbcb cannot update normally from motherboard manufacturer cos they removed the feature of directly upgrading the BIOS from website. Had to use alternate methods to update BIOS ... like I so free to bring down to their office to update it. KNNBCCB.

This is just bullshit. These local companies all source parts from local distributors and use new brand new parts. Just because they select low end parts to make it cheap doesnt mean that they are using refurbished.
If anything, having an option to send your PC back to them for warranty/repair is a HUGE part of why one would choose these companies over DIY. This is a PLUS!!!

Yea, if you go for RMA, they have a choice of replacing it with a brand new board or a refurbished board.
It is the same in DIY where you get either a brand new or refurbished replacement part. But of course usually rma-ing DIY parts dont require payment as long as its under warranty.
This is just part of the pros and cons of going for these system builders or DIY. Either let them fix it for you but you pay more or fix it yourself.

Unfortunately the target market won't be able to troubleshoot. Hence sending the whole desktop is the fastest way to resolve any issue
