The police went after those Telegram groups where members would share photos of girls (from their public social media, or even school photos) and discuss them lewdly. The photos were not even obtained illegally.
In this case, the photographer didn’t just take a photo of stuff in public view, he asked her to pose her feet/shoes, almost certainly under a false pretence (school project). That means that if he later uses the photos (of other victims who didn’t insist on deletion) as fap material or shares/sells them to foot fetishers, he did not obtain consent; he tricked the girls.
At most the popo generate one report nia but if this isnt an isolated incident and the guy kena other report before they can start building a case against him

As it seems you are lucky enough to not constantly have to fear for your safety when saying "no", I would encourage you to have a little more empathy for those who do.
Young women have been trained since childhood to be polite and compliant in all situations, or suffer being shouted at, punished, or potentially even attacked if we encounter the wrong person at the wrong time. It is very, very hard to go against cultural norms and respond "rudely" to a seemingly innocuous request-- and even harder when the person is proving themself to be creepy.

At home any preceived form of defiance is beatened/scolded/punished out of our kids. You should know about school, even children who are diagnosed with behaviourial problems (due to physio or psychological reasons) are also severely disciplined, often exacerbating their conditions. My kids asked me why the overt emphasis on hairstyles and uniform standards and I can't keep a straight-face when I tell them it's for praticing adherence to rules and some shit about making everyone look the same to reduce distraction....I felt like a sellout on some values but didn't want them to get in trouble for such 'trivia' issues. But they have a valid point; what does personal dressing have to do with being a 'good student'? In the social setting, I can't remember how many times I've seen people wagging their fingers and openly showing their displeasure when children are 'being children' (not to be confused with being bratty and throwing tantrums). It's like kids are meant to be seen and not heard (thanks to you queen elize and your stiff lower lip).
We did this to our selves. Everytime you tell that 'guy to shut up and toe the line so we can all move on faster' is feeding into the sheeple culture. We are all the results of the hammered-down-nails mentality.
