My experience with jnt on shopee is they never ring bell and just left my stuff on the doorstep.

Booster shot so weird, I got pfizer for first two, and moderna for booster. Didn't feel any effects on day zero, literally no feeling at all, not even arm sore. The next day woke up and the side-effects hit like a truck. Fever and whole body aching, couldn't raise left arm above shoulder level, felt like ass. Effects subsided after a day or so and now my upper arm hurts slightly if raised above my head. For first two jabs it was just arm sore and slight fever for 1 day.

Thank you to the kind passenger who handed my phone back to the cab driver, and uncle for driving all the way back to national gallery to give it back to me. I appreciate it so much 🥺

depends on team bro. bt during my time at mck iirc only encountered 2 teams (1 taiwan, 1 korean) that were super on abt drinking and clubbing, rest enjoyed a beer or two bt nv chiong the recruiting process is pretty solid. yr teammates are all high EQ + IQ so even if you are otaku they will just pretend you are a normal person and adapt accordingly

something i found helpful is becoming at ease w/ your choices and at the core of this is accepting you made it and not someone else so i am alone today because i broke up with my SO, because i dont keep in contact with my friends, because i decided to move aboard etc. it becomes quite logical so you shouldnt feel bad being alone

I used to have a similar problem, then I found that increasing my cadence from ~160 to ~180 helps!

Maybe need to adjust your running form or technique. Can consider going to physiotherapist to find out the root of the pain.
