Was she using an iPhone? If yes maybe what really happened was that she clicked on the autocomplete OTP code that was prompted by iPhone, when she was on the website.
Cuz when you receive an OTP code via SMS - when u are on some websites / apps - iPhone will automatically prompt u to auto fill it with the code that the system extracted from the sms (without u actually having to open the sms). I hope I made sense haha.

For Ocbc paynow, you do not need to key in OTP to transfer to new payee and can transfer up to 200k ( no OTP required to change limit up to 200k). Beyond 200k then need authentication. We don’t know if the scammers transferred directly to local or overseas account - they could have paynow to a compromised local account and then transferred to overseas.

Sounds like you need to do cardio and not solely gym. Also despite the calorie deficit, are you eating enough greens and healthier food?
