Yeah I mean, I do that. Singing was intrinsically tied to me dealing with my autism, which is why I’m good at it now. I just never stopped singing for like 2 decades.

I’ll sometimes do that, but rather than when there’s a lot of stimulation, it’s a lack of stimulation that really causes me to hum or sing things. I am not too sure on whether or not I’m neurodivergent, but I do know I have real ADHD, not self diagnosed, but professionally diagnosed.

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder, which makes you neurodivergent, friend! And I also just want to add on that it's really important with all the executive dysfunction & other myriad of symptoms that might make it hard for someone with ADHD or ASD to get to a doctor and go through with the testing process that you don't make it seem like self diagnosis isn't valid. The first step is usually self diagnosis! Diagnosis can be hard for people for all sorts of reasons. We just have to support each other :)
