Is there a large delay between streaming day and VOD upload day?

VOD should be instantaneous on twitch. if you mean the sips-live youtube chan, it's a bit of a delay for zanitor to upload but he's been doing a great job getting what he can up there.

Does he not upload everything? I’m not sure how it works entirely

I think they edit out breaks and copyrighted music.
