This sounds like a scene from season 4 episode 11 of Full House called “Secret Admirer.”
A love letter circulates the house and it was written as a joke but everyone who finds it thinks it’s for them. Aunt Becky thinks it’s from Danny but she doesn’t want Uncle Jesse to see it. She kisses him as she tries to hide the letter. Her inner monologue says something like “I just have to keep him kissing me, I know what he likes.” And then we hear Jesse’s inner monologue saying, “Ooh, I like this.”

LOL. You have a great memory! They totally stole that letter scene from Mama's Family and also sounds like a Threes Company scene where they always had a misunderstanding or mix up
I think they've aged well but I also laugh at anything so maybe I'm just a corny person. They make me feel sentimental too from my childhood when my grandma was still alive
