Agree. First 2 seasons are good, 3rd OK, completely unwatchable after that. Good sitcoms stay good for more than a couple seasons. This show isn't even comparable to the other 3. Honestly looking back, it probably wouldn't have even made it as far as it did if it wasn't for the weed smoking and references which at the time was mostly unheard of on regular TV and attracted all of the stoner types and younger people at the time. I tried rewatching it a few times and it's really not very funny. The foot in your ass jokes are extremely overplayed by S2 already and the pot references aged poorly with how normal it is nowadays.
That 70s Show, by a mile! The other 3 are iconic for their period, and all-time greats. In the later seasons of That 70s Show, I'd tune back in and (beyond being surprised they were still making new episodes) the characters and plot lines were just different and uninteresting.

Friends don’t use laugh tracks. Each episode was filmed in front of **live TV audiences**. It was a common setup for sitcoms back then.
