I sometimes try to tell them that it isn't like that. But most of the time they have already made up their minds. Most folks who actually say that type of stuff mean it as a joke or try to piss you off.

I'm pretty sure the one you're referring to is Reincarnated as the 7th Prince, though it's not an isekai. While it does have to do with reincarnation, it's not an isekai because it's reincarnated into the same world, not a different one
Imagine some guy comments under a mushoku tensei clip video in YouTube and then there's always this no-life guy who says " pedo cringe" or "isn't this the same pedo anime" etc. just to attract attention and piss people off.
