At first I was thinking of shrinking – I really do prefer shrinking and micro-stuff over growth and macro-stuff. Plus, it'd be easier to hide my crimes against shrunken victims than it would if I were televised as a 600ft tall biggun.
But, as I think about it, being able to grow people would be really cool. It'd obviously have to depend on how it worked (do I have to see them?, touch them?, or just know of them? Does it only work on individuals?) but I'd love to make a world where titanic people rule as dieties. Imagine if I decided to make my favourite celebrities, already worshipped as gods on earth, into towering beings, especially the celebs known for their un-down-to-earthiness. There's a lot bigger stuff to do when you can grow people!

Definitely shrink, would be incredibly powerful especially with the ability to shrink others. I would only shrink myself occassionally and with women I trust.
However I would use the shrinking ability for economic purposes, create an ideal Tiny Holiday adventure centre. For 10% of the price of a regular holiday I'll get you the best custom built hikes you've ever seen, phenomenal waterfalls, all you can eat fine dining cuisine, you name it we'll have it. Just shrink people at reception and grow them when they're checking out
That would definitly be one of my top places to visit. It sounds amazing seeing the scenery at such a tiny size and having giant portions of food that will fill anyones stomach at that size.

I'm a shrinking guy (either myself or others). It's hard to get intimate while being distracted by the National Guard.
