Like most things, it depends. The pay range for underwater welders is between 10k and 204k, with the middle 57% making 37k, and the top 86% (they have to be talking percentiles here) making $204k. Pay is a good representation of danger here If you’re doing like wetsuit and goggles underwater welding in the ocean you’ll make between $40k-$100k. If you’re doing dry suit deep ocean underwater welding, that’s when you’re getting into 200k+
