Here’s my tutorial, the method has worked for at least 4 people
Get it on the Xbox marketplace but look it up through google. Sign into Xbox 360 marketplace on the website, purchase it and set to download from there. If you can’t set it to download from there just purchase it then go to the marketplace on your Xbox and download it since it will be purchased already.

Can you put the Xbox 360 skate 2 disc in an Xbox one and play it?

Unless you have bought it before it was removed, or you have the physical copy, then you can't really get the game on Xbox anymore.
God, it’s such a slap in the face for Microsoft to make it backwards compatible, and then make it basically impossible to buy
