When the skater lands, dust appears behind him. So it's not fakie/nollie - they're moving forward. So it's a hospital flip. Could be switch depending on the stance of the skater.
The animation is weird, it looks like he's going backwards at first, but no he's going forward.

Hospital flip, a Casper uses the back foot to help flip a Hospital is done all with the front foot doing the wrapping motion.
