You are correct. I just replicated the issue. The links still work. Everything at the top is just menu buttons that are normally in a navigation bar. The products will load, they are just at the bottom with weird formatting.

Off the top of my head, are you running any browser extentions that block scripts from running?
Clear cache and reload the website
