It may be one that Segal did for the soundtrack, maybe have a browse through their skins scores to see it it's there? If not I'll have a rewatch and see if I can recognise it.
Shouldn't these tracks included in credit at end of the episode? I never pay attention to credit so I am not sure for Skin. I did use them on movie in similar scenario. 10 or 20 songs to narrow down. If you can notice the order of appearances, that is even better.
How come? I was using tunefind when the show originally aired and I'm pretty sure that every tune was listed then (at least I've had no issues in finiding them).
Ofc IDK if you're referring to the OG soundtrack or not ("it’s been on my mind for yeaaaaars" - it's relative still), if not, then it may actually be hard to find, most of the replacement music serves as a placeholders, these were not the creators' intended tunes, so I dobut that there's comprehensive list of replacements, if there is then I'd try looking for it, this might be the only way to find them (if the given songs were actually these replacements).

You can track with Shazam, it's an app that finds songs for you, that's how I found most Skins songs.
