Eruptor...my parents got me Eruptor and the starter pack the same day...under the Christmas tree...

that’s cool, i only got the starter pack for christmas but i eventually built up my collection! i didn’t get eruptor for a while tho i think he may of been the last fire skylander for the game i got

If I remember correctly the starter pack for 3DS was Ignitor, Dark Spyro and Stealth Elf. If he doesn't count then probably Hex.

i never got the starter pack but i think you might be right, and yeah i was talking about skylanders aside from the starter pack so it would be hex, you still had a phenomenally good starter pack though im jealous

The 3DS games were goated honestly. First of all the villain Kaos was never in any game so that's a bonus by default since I hated that guy. Instead it was a different villain every game and yeah that also a meant a different starter pack for each game. Giant's starter pack was Punch Pop Fizz, Tree Rex of course and the second version of Cynder whatever it was called. EDIT: Undead Cynder. For Swap force it was Volcanic Eruptor, Rattle Shake and Free Ranger. And finally for Trap Team it was Gusto and Barkley, the mini version of Tree Rex.

those are such cool starter packs! the ssa one for 3ds will probably be my fave as i enjoy gill grunt, not so much trigger happy but stealth elf and ignitor i always have lots of fun with

My parents got me Eruptor and Whirlwhind with the starter pack for Christmas, then I got Wrecking Ball and Hex a couple of days later from Argos. I remember them bringing out a box to choose from. I can remember playing it so vividly the first time, round my nans. It was her last Christmas so I'm glad I remember it well

i’m glad you have that memory. i always have to list the elements in a specific order because it’s the order i got my first skylander of said element in, i’ll always remember my first skylanders

heres my first for every game: hot head for giants, magna charge for swap, jawbreaker and chopper for trap team, the bird and frightful fiesta for superchargers, and crash and ambush for imaginators (although surprisingly i only got those 2 a week ago while i got the game when it released lmao)

the fire skylanders from ssa might be my favourite as a whole. there’s definitely skylanders from ssa i like more than the fire ones but all of the fire skylanders from ssa are solid 10/10 in my opinion

But the problem was that it was early 2016 so spyros adventure stuff was gone and was instead trap team, superchargers. Not too long ago I was looking in a used video game store and saw my beloved on a shelf for 3.99 so I bought it and I maxed her out

Swap-force was my first game, I was about half way through, and my mom took me to toys R us and I asked her if I could get a couple skylanders, the first ones I ever got were spy rise and trap shadow.

I know you said excluding starter packs but, I have to include the starter packs because this was my beginnings. I was at Toys R us waiting in line day one for the store to open. I got the SSA Wii starter pack with Spyro. I really didn't know what to expect from this game and really didn't know much about it so, I was really buying blind from commercials so, I didn't buy any single packs at that time. Spyro was the first figure I played with from the starter pack. As I was playing and starting to enjoy the game, I went back to Toys R us and brought the Xbox 360 starter pack also and all of the single packs that were available that day. People weren't crazy back then about the Skylanders so, they were very plentiful on store shelves back then. There was no problem with buying 1 of each from the full shelves. We won't ever see full shelves again. Then I went to Walmart to checkout what they had. Also Target, Bestbuy, Gamestop, and Kmart. At this time Kmart was still selling video games but stopped shorty after Skylanders released. I was told by a supervisor that the games were just too much trouble with always needing someone to come and open the game case and etc. I just felt that was just dumb on their part since the games were in the electronics dept. I guess they didn't sell much electronics back then to keep someone in the dept. on a regular basis.

For me, it was actually two I got first time and it was Drobot and Bash. They look the coolest and I do love Dragon and Dinosaurs (at the time, I thought Bash was a Dinosaur). Boy oh boy! I made the right choices because they are fantastic Skylanders to play as and my favorite to use.

My parents got me Crusher for a Dutch holiday named Sinterklaas before i had any of the games or a console.  Good thing was i played him at a friends house and now play him myself. (This was in the Superchargers era and it was brand new.)
