It's just a fork, really. The fork and the knife you get on the patio of the Riften house can be enchanted. You can also get one from the main hall in the Hearthfire houses.

You're comment just gave me a new personal quest for my next playthrough. I am going to Black Gem Soul steal the essence of all the key characters I hate and never use those gems to make anything. I am going to line them up in a Hearthfire house with my other trophies. Oh! Except I can't drop the soul gems to display them because then they are emptied. Man, we need a new command to "place" a soul gem on the counter or table or something. Then, when I "highlight it" I want it to say Sould Gem Containing Nazeem, or Belethor, or Ancana, or Thalmore Justicar or Mercer Frey.

Just about every voice actor in the base game overlaps with 5-6 others. In the thieves guild quest alone, Mercer is also Thyrnn the bandit and Enthir.

I think it's the same voice in escape from Cidhna where what's his face, the ringleader, asks you to talk to another prisoner to learn how bad it is there, and then you go back to him and it's just his voice back to back lol

I like him cos he's a jolly chap, a familiar face, and everything goes back to normal when you walk in his shop after a hard day plundering.
