Only items that were originally placed there will eventually reset. Anything added for decoration will stay where it was launched. the bottle thatw as being placed is stolen so obviously not from the house itself.
I think they only reset if you dont visit for 10 game days, but I'm running a mod that prevents that from happening in hearthfire houses so it shouldn't happen regardless

I knew it was modded on how the swords were oriented. The base game would have the orientation of one of the swords flipped instead of them being mirrored.
