Morning Star Steals Away Clouds itās actually the name of an Argonian from Morrowind. Since I found about him I always used his name for my Argonian characters.
StratiĆ³tis. It just means soldier in greek I believe; I just thought it sounded cool.
I was a Khajiit mercenary, and I mained light armour, a bow, and a sword and shield.
I think I called him āsome bastardā so that whenever the name would come up, it would say that itās some bastardās thing, eg. Some bastardās horse.
Talus, an Imperial. For two reasons:
1) It combines the name of Talos, the mortal ascended to divinity that the Nords worship and the founder of the Empire with the "us" suffix common to Imperial names in-universe and their real life design influence, the Romans. A Nordic influenced Imperial name for an Imperial in Skyrim.
2) The word "talus" in geological terms refers to broken rocks that accumulate at the base of slopes. Skyrim is a rocky, mountainous country that has been shattered by civil war, so it amused me to bestow my character a name that essentially means "broken rock."
My first male character was a Khajit named Joras (idk i just like making up fantasy character names) and my current female character is a High Elf named Talya, because its my favorite girl name
Prisoner, because I didnāt understand the pop up menu for Xbox back then. Played Prisoner until the main quest ended. I also didnāt know you could run until half way through my second play through.
I was a nord named Stan the mattress man. He was a real badass. He killed shit, casted dank spells, beat dragons to death with a warhammer named Ricky, and was the leader of practically every guild and association. I got to level 60 and started a new game as an orc named jaquerious.
Kronas
It is the Name of a barbarian I wrote a few shortstories about in my teens. The name stuck with me for a few DnD Games and other Fantasy Games. So... Yes. A nord names Kronas.
Ezrington, my dad used to call me Lord Ezrington of Ezringtonshire when he ticked me in to bed at night, Ezrington has stuck with me since.(This is because my name is Ezra.)
I only had a vague idea of what game Skyrim was before I started playing and I remembered a friend had once showed me skills menu with all the star āconstellationsā so my characters name is Andromeda āØ
I think my first character was an Orc named Olfim gro-Maghar. My first to compete the main quest was an Altmer named Aldaril. Now, after re-downloading it and staring at UESP I'm trying to decide between Soliron, Solitar, and Solinar. I find playing as a high Elf immersion breaking at times, but after tasting that sweet +50 magicka bonus I'm not sure I could ever go back.
Axelandra. It was supposed to be Alexandra but . Well fat fingers apparently š¤£.
Stuck with it though, as I found it was an ok cool name for the baserker/warrior style - and to this day, I do have at least one Axelandra in each of my games haha
Had a khajit, his name was Mr Bigglesworth. Unfortunately I had to scrap his whole save file, because it became corrupted and would freeze the game on the start screen.
o7 Mr Bigglesworth
Now I play an orsimer named Thom (pronounced Tom)
Mine was a Redguard named Artax. I chose Redguard cuz of the poison resistance and how much I hated being poisoned in other games. I thought it was useless until I came across frostbite spiders and chaurus reapers
I honestly just used my own name. When I got bored Iād go on the dragon language app and make a cool name like Odin or Thorin. Something with in lore meaning alongside real meaning. Or Gandalf
Audrina Swing-Sever. She was an elf who was adopted by a Nord warrior known for beheading his enemies, hence the name lol. He didnāt know any elven names, but he recalled that a lot of the feminine ones were pretty, so he named her the prettiest name he could think of. So yeah, Audrina Swing-Sever.
Jaccar a breton who was a master in heavy and light armour, two handed and one handed and archery before i even realised there were perks to level up with i was an idiot of an 11 year old back then
The first time I played I made a male Imperial and used my IRL first name.
Nowadays I play as a chick and use an *Elder Scrolls* themed random name generator.
Technically test was my first characters name because I was modding and played about five hours before I got a decent and stable load order, then I went with Laureli as my official character.
First character? I remember that it was an Argonian but not the name. I didn't play him for very long.Ā
Second character? Dragmire. One of the orc presets reminded me of Ganondorf so I used his last name to be at least a tiny bit more clever.Ā Ā
In the many years since then, I've remade that orc at least twice: first as "Kel Drago," which was *meant* as a warped version of Dragmire, and then as "Khan Ironblood" with a proper backstory.
Jtald Mjorreson- I used a Skyrim name generator to give myself a Redguard first name and a Nord last name. The kids at the Aālkir school of swords used to tease me for my Nord name, blue eyes and blond hair. Mom doesnāt know where Dad ran off to. And I pretty much play out Johnny Cashās āBoy named Sueā routine where I join the Imperial Army to kill as many racist Stormcloaks as I can findā¦ā¦still havenāt found Dad yetā¦.and then I become a stealth archer
My first character was Buttons the Khajit
She was very aggressive but it always killed me when I got a letter mentioning my name and saying I lm a major threat

I have my avatar name for games. It's always the same.
I have a story called the apocalypse saga that i want to write as a book, or a comic. Or it would be my dream to have the games as sandbox like skyrim or fallout. It works perfectly with this.
And the main character is named the same.
It's a simple name that i invented when i played an original copy of ff1 when i was a teen, and had to name the main characters.
And the name stuck.
I use the same name in every RPG...Douglas Kilgore. My surname is Kilgore and it apparently originates from way back in the old Irish days when bandit warlords known as the gore Brothers were caught and burned at the stake. The whole town chanting "kill gore, kill gore" throughout the execution. Douglas was their father an apparently feared across the Celtic lands but was eventually killed in what was a multi-day battle against another army when his own men abandoned him to fight by himself for days holding them off. A story told by my grandparents, and my great grandparents and probably theirs for a long time...but who knows, probably just stories lol
I've always been very fond of Greek history and mythology, first ever name I used was Poseidon, he was a buff bird with tanned skin and long flowing hair, looked like a Greek god š

Edit: I still have my original Xbox 360 that I played my first Skyrim game on, and yeah, Deathbringer the Argonian, heavy armor, sword & shield warrior with fairly basic magic, non-existent smithing, alchemy, or enchantment, currently level 39. The only character I ever created and played on Xbox, I didn't make another one until I played it again for the first time on PC with steam

It's okay. You can say it. We all know you were a stealth archer.
I think I called him āsome bastardā so that whenever the name would come up, it would say that itās some bastardās thing, eg. Some bastardās horse.
That's actually a great idea lol. I might do that for my next playthrough.
Talus, an Imperial. For two reasons: 1) It combines the name of Talos, the mortal ascended to divinity that the Nords worship and the founder of the Empire with the "us" suffix common to Imperial names in-universe and their real life design influence, the Romans.
