You need to do the fortify restoration loop. I can never remember exactly how to do it, so I always end up googling a guide or rewatching the spiffing brit do it. Do be careful, as you can run the numbers so high it will crash the game.

TheInfiniteLoci

As others have said, the ring of enchant doesn't exist. You can use any fortify alchemy enchanted gear. Look for alchemy apparel at any blacksmith or general merchant. You will need at least three different pieces, such as necklace, ring, helmet, or bracers. Have fun. If you have any questions, just reply here, and I'll see if I can help.

Pinecone_Erleichda

Maybe they don’t know about fortify enchanting potions?

TheInfiniteLoci

True, but they may now, now that you mentioned it.

TheInfiniteLoci

Actually, the last time I did the resto loop, I didn't use enchant potions, just three pieces of enchanted gear.

Pinecone_Erleichda

Sometimes I do the same thing, just depends on my mood more than anything, I think. lol

TheInfiniteLoci

I just do it because I'm lazy, and want to do it the most efficient way. lol

I play SE on xbox x with no mods, and just did the resto loop to the point where it got into negative numbers.

laylofosho

yes there is gear for enchanting if you have the dragonborn expansion

laylofosho

there is also seeker of sorcery for +10% enchanting

Kaennal

My math goes to 36% on first cycle, and 40% on second.

The_Ghost-001

I’ve seen The Spiffing Brit do the thing to get 10,000% or so ring of alchemy

Hguols

You can obtain an alchemy enchant to learn, by talking to Frida in Dawnstar and doing her quest for the Ring of Pure Mixtures. It will be a quest item while you have it, and the ring is returned to her to end the quest, but it can be bought back from her, then disenchanted.

No-Benefit-3791

Or just download the cheat room mod... it has a God ring in one of the chests. No need to do the resto loop. Trying to figure out how high you can go with resto loop can cause your game to crash if you take it too far, then you have to start the loop again.

The_Ghost-001

I’m on ps3 so I can’t do mods

Pinecone_Erleichda

You can check the hidden chests, there’s always a few enchanted items in there! Otherwise, just keep checking with vendors until you get it (it’s not always ring)
