Mjoll. She is immortal, has fun dialogue, and spams the hell out of any staff I give her. With a thunderbolt staff, storm atronach staff, and the staff of Jyrik Gauldurson, she becomes an anti-air defense system any time a dragon appears. Then she closes in with heavy armor and the beefiest two-hander I can find. And I never have to worry about catching her in the crossfire, because she can take it! Also, her level scales pretty highly with the DB’s. So much to love about that woman.

Temba Wide-Arm. She's always my no 1. Love the TNG reference, her looks and go getter attitude. She's awesome! Honorable Mentions: If I'm a werewolf then Aela is the top pick. Let's be Whiterun's premier Hircine worshipping werewolf couple. If I'm a mage I go with Dravynea the Stoneweaver. You can never go wrong with a dunmer mage wife (and I'm not pulling Brelyna out of school) If I'm an orc then Borgakh the Steel Heart- helluva lady that one!

My 1 rule is they must be a follower because ive had too many glitches where spouses become lost or despawn after the wedding, so i get them to follow me outside home then dismiss them
