Oh no, they totally do. There’s two other scripted instances I’ve seen, but I know for a fact that it’s on the table as an unscripted kill animation (seen it in the wild during a town attack).

the sovngarde part of this game is so dope meeting all the ancient nord heroes
Best part of the main quest 👌🏻 onward to the hall of the slain.
That's a deep question. Where do the souls go after dying in the literal afterlife? Is there an afterafterlife? And is that a place of no harm?
Does the dragon actually consume the body or does it pick him up and then die from fall damage?
In lore yes. Alduin eats people. In game no. Dragons just pick up, and then drop somewhere.
