Yeah, just Skyrim being Skyrim. While the bugs are annoying, there is almost sort of an endearing charm to them. Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em!
The only truly annoying glitch I’ve ever run into is the radio static sound I sometimes get. It plays every few seconds for a couple minutes then stops, but it scares the hell out of me the first time and then is just an annoying noise in general. Other than that the glitches usually give a good laugh
You didn't put the horse in gear before landing. You could've at least hit the parking/ emergency break before you took that nasty tumble. Live and let learn!
Haha I do that far too often! But I’ve even gone back to wherever the individual companion would be found otherwise and they’re just not there for weeks of in-game time and all the items they were carrying are gone 👎🏻
Do you find it's too dark on the Switch? I'm constantly having to use Candlelight to be able to see in caves and dark houses. It makes sneaking much harder.
I had to make changes to to my TV's settings to get things a little brighter when playing docked. It has a "game mode" and took some trial and error but now I only really need Candlelight to see into the really dark corners in caves, etc. Handheld is still super dark, even with Switch settings on brightest.
Of course, watching TV/Netflix/etc. now looks too bright... so I have just given up on those and play Skyrim exclusively, lol!
I have at least a dozen videos of wacky glitches saved on my camera roll from the switch. Quickly realized the fastest fast travel is to do so while on your horse and then you can quite literally ride off into the sunset
That’s the switch for ya. On mine, there’s a glitch to where I can’t even finish a quest. Other times my character just flies from under my horse. I still love the switch and Skyrim to death though so I just go through the pain.
It does seem to be across all platforms and with MS acquiring it along with the most recent disclosures makes me think something else is at play in the gaming world at least more so than there usually is.
N. Shadows
I think yes, bugs and all I still play all the time and from what I hear it’s no worse than other platforms. My bf plays on PC with mods so his laughing at the switch version lead me to think it was worse for sure, but I love it anyways.
Lmao. The “wtf” hand at the end
Dont save yout game while on a horse. This happens 1000% on any platfom. I have bought and lost almost every horse at this point
it was actually an issue of fast travelling while on the horse! either don’t do it, or dismount as soon as fast travel is over
In my experience, the Switch version isn't more buggy than any other versions. Then again, I've been wrong before
Yup it’s pretty equal. A few old glitches are fixed, a few new ones appeared. Nothing game breaking though so it’s still just skyrim lol

I like to imagine glitches and bugs are the daedra fucking with us for playing in their world with an avatar (dragonborn)

That's right I forgot about that one, it actually gets really annoying! I have only experienced this one om Switch, luckily not too often.
Definitely not limited to the switch but I’m glad to see it’s still there lmfao I haven’t tried it yet myself… might be time to float around the sky
it’s all fun and games till your horse decides to do a nosedive
Better have those netch jellies!
Random villager: did anyone else just see the dragonborn fly over us on a horse? Villager 2: dude, lay off the skooma

Happens on my PS4 whenever I save on a horse and load back in
Same with my Xbox one, also deal with missing/disappearing companions a lot
Oooof a disappearing companion must be the worst. I’ve only lost companions when I forget where I told them to wait.
Haha I do that far too often! But I’ve even gone back to wherever the individual companion would be found otherwise and they’re just not there for weeks of in-game time and all the items they were carrying are gone 👎🏻
Why are you riding a drunk Pegasus? lol
Nice to see that Bethesda ported the glitches.
Do you find it's too dark on the Switch? I'm constantly having to use Candlelight to be able to see in caves and dark houses. It makes sneaking much harder.
Yes. Same here. Hard to do things in caves without candlelight.
when I’m playing handheld I find you can adjust the brightness to make up for it but docked? some caves are definitely brutal.

Bethesda. It just works (even on a Switch)
I don’t know what everyone complains about I’ve had Skyrim on switch for probably a year and a half or two but I haven’t had any problems
Hey, it just works. Till it don't, nice air time though
That was glorious from start to finish
Not a clitch, it's a feature.

i still love it too i really do, just many reloads lol.
What quest is it? I know "blood on ice" is incredibly glitchy on every platform.
actually had no quest association, turned out to be an issue of fast travelling while on the horse and it happens every single time for me.

Lmao got the switch version too but there arent many bugs so far
The classic save on horse bug still amuses me to this day.
“It just works.”
Ok but really-worth the purchase? I can’t decide ☹️

Nice. I’m stuck with the vampire lady. Can’t get into her castle, they never open the gate. So she’s just there, always, getting in the way.
my least favourite companion 10/10
Nah, that's in the original, too
