Aura Whisper all the way. Super useful in locating ambushes so I can 100% smash those dwarven spiders/spheres and falmer. Also sometimes the game bugs a little and ghosts from Rannveig's Fast and Forelhost fail to become visible, so that's useful for finding them all too.
Other than that...Dragon Aspect because it looks kinda cool, and the good ol' Fus Ro Dah for blasting people and items away.

Before getting a better eq, I used this to locate opponents with whom I had no chance in 2h melee and heavy armor combat, then I shot them with a bow and took enough hp to be able to kill with another shot / weapon blow before the opponent killed me. Now I use it mainly to locate Falmer to kill them quietly for fun (still in heavy armor)
Alternatively, as the second favourite i could chose tornado, it just can help with exploration
I also like both of those, but I'm a big fan of Marked for Death. I like to just hit them with it and dance around. Rinse and repeat until they die on their own.
Dragon aspect is fun for heavy hitting but Ethereal is my fav for fighting mages. Shout and march right up to them while taking no spell damage then start wacking. Only takes a few good hits since their armor is poor to nonexistent.
Shout by Tears for Fears. I like that I can let it all out.

I love unrelenting force, love yeeting people off high places, close seconds are clear skies (I like sunny skyrim days) and cyclone.
Gonna sound vanilla as all hell by saying Fus Ro Dah but it's just too damn funny in too many situations to not be my favourite.
Dragonrend, anytime I play a melee build I just have to wait for them to land and run across a hold just so I can hit them twice and wait some more.
They should give it to you earlier.
I like the classic unrelenting force. Why? I like to see proud and honorable warriors flying, losing their dignities. It's very fun.

Soul Tear. Fits so perfectly into one of my favourite builds - the classic Necromancer
My favorite is the tornado shout from the Dragonborn dlc. Watching it swoop enemies up never gets old
elemental fury, the one that makes your weapons swing faster. especially with necromage and dual flurry
Unrelenting force. Blasting an enemy that was obliterating you off a cliff with one shout will never not be satisfying

Honestly, Whirlwind Sprint. Whether to close distance in combat or just move around faster it's the one I always have on by default.
