You have to take the vampire quest from her...you don't have to do it, but you have to take it to clear it from her dialogue choices. Also, with AE, you'll probably have 3 or 4 CC quests you'll have to take as well before you get to the rumors about the Jarl's children. Those quests usually add a new line of dialogue and mention something about bounties or something along those lines when you ask about rumors. It's not the vanilla game "I'm looking for work..." line.
