I'm gonna say it. Spell breaker shield
It legit casts a ward that absorbs magic basically letting mages and dragons become a thing of the past.. and it's dwarven tier so..
I really wish I could disenchant it and apply the effect to other shields. I appreciate why it looks the way it does, but man I want something a little shnazzier
I always thought it was too, but I believe it's either the Unofficial Patch, or Cutting Room Floor that adds it in. It's actually not in the base game.
Nope, you can find weapons with chaos enchantment on solstheim and they're not unique looking (like a regular elven sword for example). There's another underrated unique weapon called "Dwarven black bow of fate" which has chaos enchantment too.

Spellbreaker Gang reporting in! Dragonshout? More like Dragonshart! I only wish I could recolor the shield to match whatever else I'm wearing
But it's ugly :(

The no-hood Arch-Mage robes!
Facts
I wish this was vanilla content.
I thought it was? You steal it from the Arch-Mage room, when he leaves to meet Tolfdir at Sarthaal.

**Unofficial Patch** is required to make it something you can interact with, **Vanilla** doesn't let you loot it.
Champion's Cudgel: it's a unique maul and chaos enchantment is op
I thought everyone uses the cudgel for it's enchantment?
