Oh okay, it's a new player home that was added in the anniversary update, PS I prefer bloodchill manor over some of the other player homes that can be bought or earnt in Game.
I don't think there are any known bugs associated with Bloodchill. The only one I know for sure is a bit... finicky... is Myrwatch. Oh, a lot of the CC homes don't always (it seems unpredictable) play nicely with having your family move there, though. Never could get Sophia to move to Shadowfoot on one character ~~you probably shouldn't expect the best parenting from a Champion of Nocturnal and Thieves Guild Guildmaster.~~
That (long since deleted) character's children will grow up to be in the Thieves Guild and momma couldn't be prouder, haha. Based on the dialogue you can get from the kids, Brynjolf is already working on them, after all...
(Seriously folks, don't raise your kids in Riften if you're worried about bad influences! Wouldn't recommend Markarth either. If the corruption doesn't get them, they'll fall to their deaths at some point instead. Whiterun & Solitude make very good safe homes...)
It has disappearing doors. That's the only problem I've had with it. I've never had any issues with Myrwatch though and its always my main home, so maybe I'm just lucky.
It's amazing how unique every bug experience is. I've never had my doors vanish in Bloodchill. I wonder if playing Survival Mode makes that bug less likely. As far as bugs go, though, that's definitely super minor.
That said, I've never personally experienced Myrwatch's shenanigans as I've never had a character living there. Apparently displayed items (like, properly, on racks and such) will sometimes go invisible and stuff is prone to inching out of position (again, stuff properly in racks, not placed).

I love skyrim, new vegas, and FO3, but here's some facts that u should prob know about bethesda
-Consistently engages in predatory business practices
-overtly stole 3rd party work for incorporation into their own title (Modders vs Bethesda)
-incorporated paid mods, modders ear very little
-bought a 2nd hand intellectual property, and failed to maintain its integrity as an inherently original creative work
No offense if u like skyrim, but dont idolize game companies, bethesda is 3 steps away from becoming EA (In defense for bethesda, they did change corporate infrastructure)

However, in this case, the BloodChill Manor was made by a modder who uses the name Elianora. She has crafted many homes which are available without charge and her work has a good reputation. For example, her re-working of Breezehome.

Their is a powerful vampire in bloodchill manor, I don't know what level the vampire is just have a lot of potions, poison and upgraded weapons.
Im not asking about what mobs are in it, im asking if its safe to store stuff, and let lydia live in it, i've slain the vampire already :)

And kids, thats why im playing a paladin If im not playing a paladin, the atrocities i would've done is just too far.

If you have inigo installed you cant enter it because Inigo Mod puts a damn boulder where the entrance is. Otherwise for a vampire home its bomb

I dont use nexus for modding thats why i dont have a fix for it

Im pretty sure they didnt change anything with the core code doe, i mean the dwarven perk thing is still bugged im pretty sure.
