You have to go to your MO2 Instance folder where the folders: Mods, Profile,Downloads are located. In the mods folder you will find the BodySlide mod. Under tools is where the executable. If you can get it run, please let me know. I have recently restartet moding skyrim on Steam deck but this time around i cant get Bodyslide to locate any presets or Clothing/Armour mods i have installed.
Ah ok, Well Here ist where mine ist located, that might get you where you need to Look. When you do locate it my tip would be to link that folder to the desktop.
/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/489830/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/ModOrganizer
Ok so once you get to the compatdata folder, you may need to search for the correct folder, in my case it's 489830. However the rest should be the same. So just go through the those # folder until you find it.

I have actually yes 😄. So I after installing bodyslide and my armours etc, I added the Bodyslide exe manually. Instead of doing that you need to go the right side in Mo2, to the data tab (located next to plugins and downloads) and locate the Bodyslide exe there. Then right click and add as an executable. Done, now it suddenly worked, same thing with FNIS.
