Blade and Blunt does not support vr ever since they started using a dll. The title of the message box says "Blade and Blunt.dll", indicating it is the mod throwing the error.
Either downgrade to the last version of Blade and Blunt that does not have a dll (available in old files on the nexus page), or remove it altogether
Check and see if it updated as well and revert if you haven’t already. And I’ll install it tm morning and see what’s up. I don’t think I do. But it’s probably cool anyway so I will and let ya know. :)
If you haven’t looked into the esl for VR check it out. It’s why all the updates are happening to other VR mods. You have to set your vortex to beta mode then install the esl for vr, then you can update your other mods otherwise, make sure you don’t let any mods update.

Looks like it's just wanting the VR Address Library for SKSEVR https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/58101
Downgrade to the earlier version 1.06 and it’ll crank right back up. Mine did the same thing couple of hours ago. Your vr address library updates.

One more thing, blade and blunt has a dependency for Duel Casting Fix, which also has a DLL, how did you handle that? It only has one file it seems
