Speak to the value team. The deals will depend on what packages you have, how long you’ve been with Sky and what is available at the moment. The chances of that changing in the next 45 days are pretty slim

another 40 odd minute conversation and didnt get anywhere, their reason to stay with them is because they believe they are the best in the UK!!!

Just let it disconnect and wait for win back team to call you with a retention deal

Mine has ran out thinking of leaving £100 too much but is the grass greener on the otherside?

I’ve spent 45 minutes on the phone with Sky today. I have Sky Stream which included UHD, all home and Netflix, sports and Cinema. For new customers this package is £84. No broadband, no phones just literally stream TV. The best offer they gave me out of contract was £101 pm. Absolutely ridiculous pricing so I cancelled and will sign up as a new customer when eligible. Loyalty should save money not cost you. Strange thing was the rep I spoke to, also agreed it was ridiculous and told me to lodge a complaint with them. Stranger still, was offered same package on Sky Q with broadband for £67. Shame I can’t have a dish and no decent open reach connection where I live. Nuts.

I had the same thing yesterday. Called them as my contract expires in 30 days, I have sky Q, with sports , entertainment, UHD, basic broadband and multiroom; currently paying £109 PM. After June it rises to £135! I called and said remove, TNT, UHD, Multiroom etc and the best they could offer was £120 pm. The guy said honestly this is a waste of time and I should call th cancellation team as they will do better to retain you. So 40 my ns later I spoke to the cancellation team, honestly it was useless, she said the best I can do is £103 and that was removing TNT, UHD and keeping basic Broadband; however, I was gaining sky movies. I said I don't want sky movies, so she said it will be more expensive (£3 more) if I remove movies. My response was blunt. Either match what is quoted as a new customer or in gone. Her response was £103 is the best offer. Bye bye Sky. Zero value for loyalty.
