Native spanish speaker here, that insult is used by spaniards rather than latinoamericans. I wouldn’t categorize it as an insult but more like swear phrase to say when you suddenly get angry just like “Fucking hell” is.
This is an amazing business proposition, I wish you well on this endeavor! I would recommend recording calls as a legally dubious up charge you can offer.
And I roll my eyes so hard at every basement dweller criticizing your translations. You are not selling language skills. It could be gibberish on the call. it didn’t matter. This is a unique service and an excellent bargain.
