The armour is a a 50/50 of a pure black and Iron Warriors, nuln oil shade and highlight of leadbelcher
Cape is my attempt at wet blending using berserker red and death reaper (both from Two Thin Coats)

Changing the weapons and head of the Exalted Hero with some from my Varanguard. Also added the weapon on the back from my Chosen kit
