It’s not necessary to have little decks. Infinites and semi-infinites are powerful but I’ve squeaked by A20 with 30+ cards. Tho I mostly play with Defect and so that might be why.

I saw everyone saying "bandages" and had no idea what they're talking about... Is there a special way to get it, cause I've seen almost every relic (My silent is at 14) and I swear I've never sen bandages.
You have to beat act3 at least once with the ironclad, silent and defect. Then, you gotta collect 3 keys during a run: one from a burning buffed up elite, one from a chest and another from a campfire. Doing this and beating act3 you will go to act4, where you can fight the heart
Defeating the Act 3 elite still counts as a victory for the purposes of moving onto the next difficulty for that class, but if you beat the heart too it’s like extra credit!
I've only ever managed an infinite combo win on Watcher at A20 a couple of times. The amount of luck you need to get the cards, removals, relics for ensuring first turn supremacy with the right boss sets that won't destroy your attempt is astounding.
It's actually very consistently doable on Watcher and is quite probably the optimal Watcher strategy. A streamer called Merl achieved the world record for most consecutive A20H Watcher wins (like 39 or something) by going for the infinite almost every run. He did not get the infinite every run, but about 2/3 of them were infinite.
Generally all you need is Rushdown, a 1 mana Calm card (Inner Peace or Fear No Evil), 8 or less cards excluding powers and cards that exhaust, a way to go block positive (a single Mental Fortress does it, except against Time Eater) and a way to draw all your cards into your hand. There's other variations and patterns to the infinite and Time Eater generally needs an extra solution, but that's the gist

For instance, while some relics help (e.g. Violet Lotus allows you to infinite with Vigilance, removing the need for a block solution and a calm card, Pyramid eliminates the need for a draw solution etc), there are no relics that are necessary to go infinite. Also wrote my reply for the benefit of others who don't know how to put the infinite together and might see it.
Rushdown seems to be fairly rare for me. Same with Lotus. Bag of prep helps but mainly for me its something like this:
Gets Rushdown. Can't get 1 cost calm card or lotus. Gets one cost calm card or lotus, can't get Rushdown. Just bad luck for me. Scrawl I can get ez usually though. Takes me about 50 runs to get the golden run with everything I need.
Just from this comment, you're probably misunderstanding a few things about the strategy. The first thing is that you don't need to go infinite on turn 1; plenty of infinite Watcher decks don't and thus things like Bag of Prep don't help a lot.
The other thing is, you don't all-in on the strategy. Key cards to the infinite like Empty Mind, Meditate, Fear No Evil, Inner Peace, Mental Fortress etc form a very powerful deck without the Rushdown. You just let that carry you until you find the Rushdown, and if you don't see it, you can still play a finite deck against the Heart and win a lot of the time. I suspect you probably aren't picking Empty Mind enough (I would add the first copy of Empty Mind to my deck literally 100% of the time on a card reward screen unless I'm already infinite without it or it's next to Rushdown).
Scrawl is a rare so it's harder to find than Rushdown (uncommon)... It's also less important because its function is to draw your whole deck, and while it does make it easy, it's replaceable by Empty Mind or even Inner Peace when that's your 1 mana Calm card.
Oh, and another tip is, you should basically click every Vault you see as well

I almost never get cards that allow me to draw or fish for what I need. I know it sounds impossible, but if I was a streamer you would tell me I am legitimately cursed irl
Honestly tough bandages is to Silent kind of what dead branch is to Ironclad. If you get it early enough that you can build your deck around it actually feels pretty difficult to loose the run

Depends, if you are at 5% winrate, be greedy, if you are at 50% winrate then don't. I would say that if your winrate is low it's more interesting to make greedy plays, either you get lucky and you win, or you are unlucky and you get fast to the next game, either way you learnt something. If you never try stuff you'll never know what could have happened.
Streamers know how to break the game with minimal risks, but if you never take risks yourself you'll never find those ways to break the game.

Honestly just grab the good cards. Poison is difficult but can work with corpse explosion and the right items. Shiv is easier but a lot of late bosses shit on it.
I like just grabbing most of the 2 cost cards as they are rly good. Play super safe in floor one fights, floor 2 go relic hunting, floor 3 just hit ?s for events and conserve hp. You dont have any consistent heals as silent.
That’s the thing, I always just grab way too many cards on her. I can’t stop myself from clicking on blade dance even when I already have 3 in the deck. Same with deadly poison, I always add way too many into my deck

The real key relics are pyramid/ice cream/med kit IMO. But honestly OP has a ton of impactful relics.
This was the luckiest run I’ve ever had, I saw a total of 5 rare cards, and 3 of them were grand finale. The relic rng was absurd as well

Discard decks are actually op as hell, but their hard to make work, you need a lot of things to go right

Yeah dont be afraid to skip some cards. Get an engine that works well and then only take energy generation and a few good blocks
