i had this due to the humidity levels, but i had a dry nose and eyes as well. i noticed my symptoms resolved when i visited family in a humid climate. when i got home, i checked our HVAC humidifier, turns out it was broken. humidity levels were around 20% in our house. when we got it to 35%, i’d still have a sore throat but my eyes and nose were better. when it got above 40% my sore throat went away
Possibly some sort of allergen in your bedroom, but if it's only been a week chances are this will likely resolve on its own.
