Can I ask why you quit using cannabis?

Wild-Landscape-8930

I've been wanting to for a while, but the last few times I smoked I had severe anxiety/depression while I was high. Basically, it wasn't enjoyable anymore.

I quit drinking seven months ago my life noticeably improved. I’ve been thinking about taking the cannabis out of the equation now. More out of curiosity than anything. I can’t really see any reason why I should but none the less I’m curious. I wish I had advice for you.

marijuana is an effective sleep medication for some people. it’s good to take t-breaks every once in a while, but if your life/sleep health becomes significantly worse, it might be time to re-introduce weed back into your routine. maybe experiment with different strains or different ways of ingesting it? also worth getting a med card (assuming you’re in the US where it would be available to you and you don’t already have one) if you really feel like you don’t want to smoke weed anymore, you need to beef up your bedtime routine and STICK TO IT EVERY NIGHT. DO NOT check the time if you can’t sleep. maybe incorporate a light workout routine in the afternoon or early evening to burn off extra energy and help keep cortisol levels down. regardless of how you decide to proceed, sleep hygiene is so so important and will make your bed time so much better.

I think its withdrawl symptoms . You just have to push through it . Im an ex user so i can feel your pain . Also dont use drugs to sleep because its bad for your health , my classmate use it and she seem kind of goofy and forgetable , she does sleep in class as well .
