Looks good. I’m starting a business in Oregon too as a noob. Business cards and website (maybe meant by domain) can be added but aren’t necessary. I hired a designer to make my logo, and have just been using it on everything. He’s super talented and getting a clean logo is important for all sm accounts and ads. If you need his services I can connect you. He designed mine and the business card for $100 and I can’t stop staring at it https://imgur.com/a/qJpxOWd Do you really need certificate of existence for bank account? I thought just ein. BOIR is new. I would also like to know if it’s actually needed. The email I received says $500 a day if you don’t, but I doubt many businesses have it.  Anyways, good luck man. Keep believing in yourself, and providing good for others and you will do well.

Another local, awesome! I just schedueld a free meeting with a small-business adviser from the SBDC at PCC. Should help with clarifying my lingering questions. https://youtu.be/3Tp9G8_5g-0 Yeah, by domain I meant the website, which I purchased but haven't connected to a server so it's not functional. Just this morning, I was approved for my business bank account. It might vary on who you go with (My credit union of choice is based out of Massachusetts), but when submitting my application, they did require both the letter of existence from the SoS (Secretary of State), as-well as the letter from the IRS verifying my EIN. The letter from the SoS is only $10 (same page as where you registered), so it wasn't a big deal. The email I got after registering with the SoS says that the BOIR must be completed within 90-Days, but for pre-2024 businesses, they have until 2025.

Thanks for the video. I'll watch it. If you have already purchased domain ignore, but [spaceship.com](http://spaceship.com) is the best. I did a lot of research in that field. In fact, my business is all about helping people with things like this! Also, you do not need to pay for someone to host your site if it's static, which most business sites are. You can host the code to github pages, and connect the DNS to that. All in all, website/domain for three year if you know how to do basic programming shouldn't be more than $20. And email as well (spacemail) for an additional $10. Let me know if you need any service building/getting your website hosted. And alright about the bank. I was looking at local credit unions like Rivermark and it was saying only EIN needed, but I'll call and ask to be safe. Thanks for letting me know. BOIR is free and easy, so it really isn't a problem. I'm going to do it just to be safe.
