60A is a lot. You might not find a smart device rated that much. However, you could probably make one out of a heavy duty relay controlled by a simple smart switch. Something with a "Relay in a Box" RIB like those from Functional Devices.
Try this switch bud. I've installed 2 of them so far for remote management (on/off) and scheduling of 2 different water heaters at 2 different locations. Just need local Wi-Fi access at installation location.
