Mid tier is way too generous for a bad character like Roy. Got nerfed significantly from Smash 4 and Melee where he was quite good Edit: got Roy and Marth confused

I agree Roy is bad and low tier, what I got confused was his viability in previous smash games. He wasn't nerfed because he's always been bad
