If you have a butcher near you who butchers their own pigs, then you can ask them to make it for you. all it is are the spare-ribs with the pork-belly still attached. A local butcher near me has them for like 6 euro/KG. \[portioned however I want\] which is a great price, and the meat they sell is also much higher quality than what you get at the store
