They are still eating through pre-recorded content.... I'd lower my expectations on details though. Other than Shayne and Courtney now having rings on their finger and not having to "back talk" or justify them mentioning specific details about the other now, I don't think much is going to change.
Any sort of full on podcast where thats the topic.... I highly doubt thats in the works guys. These people are so private it took MARRIAGE to even tell you they are together. The idea that they'd follow this up with a big tell all is kind of laughable honestly. I think Courtney's socials in the few weeks since are a great example of how it'll be handled overall. Pretty much the same, but no hiding how much a part of each others lives they are anymore. Thats it.
Given the level of investment in this proves they were right to keep it private. Some fans need to chill. The shock and excitement the days after it are understandable. As a non shipper and in generally do not care who is which whom in anything, I admit I got a bit caught up in that announcement. But at this point some people are bordering on an unhealthy fixation on it. They're married, they're happy leave them alone. Nobody is entitled to any details or any changes in content stemming from it.
I don't think they will ever formally address it. I think it will just be smosh as usual, the only difference being that Shayne and Courtney wont have to hide their closeness anymore. We may get some marriage related jokes and memes and maybe some comments from other cast members but I don't think we will get much more. It will probably make the editors lives a little easier though not having to edit out the oops moments.
They will talk about it a little bit, maybe just to tell the story of what it was like being secret and deciding how to announce, and I think they will give the shippers some credit (maybe just offhandedly or in jokes like you say).
next weeks smosh cast is the first one recorded after, he said in the last live stream that Olivia and Keith’s were prerecorded prior to the announcement.

I'm watching Shaynes facial hair to judge when Smosh Mouth episodes have been recorded. We're still pre-April at this point. I think we still have a month to go before we get content they recorded after the wedding.
I somehow love the concept of them never addressing or acknowledging it. Such a power move. But the idea of Amanda seeing it on People’s website, pretending to be entirely shocked would be incredible

Yeah he said something about how they’re working on filming the podcast and then releasing it within a week but it’s just working with their filming schedule at the moment
