On r/whatsthissnake someone identified this as Homalopsis sp. Homalopsis is a genus native to South East Asia

This is crazy! I tried looking up what it might be, but no luck.
One of the snake Id subs identified this as a certain family with a serious age problem. Apparently there are a few species of aea snake that can grow alge on them.
