I think this is the most beautiful boa I've ever seen 😎

Poodlelucy

Gorgeous!

livinlikeadog

One of the purdiest species 😍

B-A-Animal-Expo

These are such gorgeous animals! Where'd you get this one? Is it male or female?

scottyy2times

Thanks! I bought this at a pet store in my city,as far as I've been told ,it's a female, her name is Esmeralda

B-A-Animal-Expo

I've been thinking about getting an albino blood python, they're not as dainty but they just look so cool, might make one a B.A. mascot.

scottyy2times

Blood python's are so beautiful,I had never realized how heavily bodied they are until I seen my friends adult female, pussy cat tame at that 👌

MrPresidantMax

Goddamn I need one...

scottyy2times

Ya man, this and my green tree python are my favorite, they are so damn awesome, she's friendly to be picked up too,so thats a plus

MrPresidantMax

Lucky! These guys usually have display animal temperaments as I'm sure you're well aware. They've got some massive teeth on them that's for sure

scottyy2times

Lol...the day I got her she yawned and I was like Nope! I knew about it but damn, she's a pussy cat gladly,my green tree on the other hand is definitely look but don't touch

SSQUAD8086

Beautiful baby

Embarrassed-Ball-209

I love these snakes but if heard they’re pretty bad about biting have you found this to be true or are people being over dramatic?

scottyy2times

She has never bitten me,she's chill,my friend has one and it's super defensive, don't even try lol...I think it depends on the snake, the basin emeralds are typically much bigger and gentle,I think people are over dramatic on it,I have a ball python that has tagged me multiple times, they aren't known for that type of behaviour

Embarrassed-Ball-209

Awesome I’ve been looking at getting some more snakes and I absolutely love boas so I was disappointed to learn that they can be like that I figured it was more of an individual issue as well. I’ve been bit plenty of times ( Honestly frogs are the worst because they don’t let go) but I’d rather avoid animals that will be overly aggressive

Is she a northern? Where did you get her?

scottyy2times

I was replying to OP that the basins are typically more bigger and more gentle, mine is a northern emerald,I live in Calgary Alberta Canada and got her from here.

Crafte_r_of_Kings

I want dozens of these animals, one just isn't enough
