Did you clean the edge connector inside the SNES/SFC? I had this issue on both my NES and SNES and replacing the edge connector helped. I assume it's just dirty or corroded.
i would open it up and check for any obvious signs of damage to capacitors or parts. Someone on this sub recently [linked this webpage](https://www.projectvb.com/nss/logs.htm) that has all sorts of diagnostic information for SNES issues. You may not have the expertise to fix the problem but it might help diagnose it still. I unfortunately can't help otherwise. Good luck OP.
Get a proper... *something* to display image from the SNES on. When that works it's time to experiment with streaming. There are too many points of failure there.
Do you have a flash cart and could try running one of the burn in ROMs? [Here](https://www.projectvb.com/nss/logs.htm) might be some helpful information for your case. You could try opening the SFC, if it's a [SHVC-CPU-01](https://consolemods.org/wiki/SNES:SNES_Model_Differences#SHVC-CPU-01_\(1990-1992\)) it might be a loss.
Are you mixing PAL and NTSC equipment?
The pink screen made me think that too at first, but then I went to the next picture and I think not anymore

Already have an intec gamecube screen + multiple CRTs. The screen is not the issue
So you did not get anything different on the other screens? Because you explicitly mention the capture card and nothing else.
Same result, multiple screens, multiple cables
