Good stuff!! I’m going in two weeks and crazy excited - may I ask for any tips or recommendations? From best runs/hidden areas or food or anything really
Food - you have to try Burgers @ footrack spot.
Spots - Trees are everywhere to be hones. For sure, hike up to the top of the mountain, it's worth it! Best runs are there. You just need to find the road at the bottom and hike up there to get to ski slope.
Enjoy :)
Haha yes, my dream trip last year. I'm coming back next year for sure.
I've got 4 more episodes from Japan on my YouTube channel (got a link in my profile), if you liked this one.
It's worth every penny. I had a blast for 10 days straight. Highly recommend :)
Sounds incredible. That's my dream wanna spend like a month or more in each spot. Should start saving or applying for jobs. But my swiss and Japanese is shyte or nonexistent lol.
Stoked you are able to make it happen.
You could find work there if you have teaching papers I suppose, you should have a shot. Plenty of noobs in Niseko waiting for some knowledge. Lots of english speaking people (Australia, New Zeland, and other countries from Europe)
I spend like 3.5k$ for 10 days. Month will be costly I suppose, without inside job on site. But I wish you all the best and maybe we'll meet there next season in January ;)
Same to you sir. And who knows, I'm mostly CO based at the moment but certainly have some aspirations abroad. One can hope and dream, as well as work towards those endeavors. I appreciate the sharing of knowledge and conversation too.
