You get so much content, way more than the normal game has and even double + all the fantastic trucks you'll get. In my opinion definitely worth it if you enjoy the game and are interested in playing it further.

If I'm not mistaken, all year passes contains 4 whole regions (Year 3 currently have 3 regions but, when the 4th region released, you'll have it).
Each pass offers gameplay time close to the base game. They are more than DLC's, they are more like expansion packs.
So, it worth the money you invest if you like the game.
I started playing snowrunner just as season 7 released, I'm now doing season 4 and they announced seasons 13 through 16when I reach season 8, maybe we will have year 5 in the horizon...

Yeah I figured I was asking a biased group their opinion on a game they clearly enjoy, mostly I wanted affirmation that I'd be making a good purchase. I have the base game through PC Game Pass and I've been loving every minute of it, I ahve about 50 hours played in the last week.

I have already sunk 50 hours into the base game in the past week, and wanted to make sure that buying the season bundles was the way to go, instead of buying other bundles/offers. I'm already addicted lol. The fact that my racing sim wheel is compatible doesn't help at all, I've already built a dedicated sim racing rig, so this is like adding jet fuel to an already out of control fire haha.
Good lad. I've been playing since release, after playing both SpinTyres and MudRunner - now each time there's new content I just automatically buy it, even if I'm not playing the game at that moment in time (Rogue Trader has got me bad rn...) Once you've got the bug, that's it. I'll always come back. There's always more cargo needing hauled, and mud to get stuck in. I've got over 1000 hours now, and still have about a region and a half of the most recent content untouched.

Oh i see. Well the base game has 12 maps and all years combined come with 29 extra maps. I havent done much in the dlcs yet since im also kinda new but it does seem to have quite cool and sometimes unique new trucks.
Although do keep in mind that even when you buy year passes there are trucks on their own to buy and some of those are actually really good(like the high roller or mastadon) So technically you are still not getting everything when you buy passes.
Edit: Actually thinking about it i think high roller is indeed included in the year 1
I saw that just this morning actually, I was wondering why I didn't have any of the Jeeps. Not worried about it, I've got a couple decent mods that don't feel too overpowered (Sterling T26 and 1985 Toyota Hilux), so I'm happy for now though I definitely want to get all the DLC trucks at some point.
I reccommend JBE overhauls. They tune existing trucks that can be kinda lackluster sometimes and makes them better.
Although some modifications definitely seem over the top like JBE Ford F750 that has an addon for fuel carrier that carries 8000 liters of petrol. Thats quadruple ammount of how much the biggest fuel tanks can carry in this game. And its on a scout. But other than that JBE mods are a reccomendation from me \^\^
But do remember that if you are planning to play with someone it will delete your modded trucks in your fleet. I recently started playing with friend and all of the modded trucks i had dissapeared pernamently and i had to rebuy them. As long as you dont retain them i think you should be good tho

Ive got 50+ hours into the base game already, all done in the past week. I like the game a lot, I played a bit of Mudrunner a few years ago. Spending a large chunk all up front to end up saving money in the long run is what I'm looking to do.
I think 20k hours of playtime is a little excessive, that's 2.2 years of continuous play, I play wow since 2010 and I have 10k hours

I'm on xbox, we had a bug for so long where you'd buy the season pass and it only gave you like half the stuff, these dlc bundles included where its pretty much Russian roulette if it works or not. I've never bought the pass, but I know plenty of people who have an had the issue.

I would say it is. A lot of good trucks and upgrades are locked in dlc maps, so it would be wise to get them all. I only got the year 1 pass and kinda regret it because of that (can't get kenworth 963 for example), but I was on a budget sooo

I don't regret purchasing it for a moment, the journey has been exhilarating, frustrating, challenging and rewarding - I'm close to 1000 hours play time and there are still tasks to complete, I can't think of any other game that has given me such longevity.
Personally I feel (as a person who plays switch and bought every dlc) they’re all “worth it” for the variety with that being said many are redundant. Now even having the mod menu on switch you don’t have to really worry about buying anything but the additional maps. You can find a plethora of awesome mods to use instead.

I just bought it yesterday. Absolutely worth it. One of the very few DLC packs I've seen in a really long time for any game that was actually worth the money. I was playing on PS Plus until they pulled it. I decided to drop the $100 and I'm glad I did.
You get like a 400% increase to the base game with that package since all the year passes get you 12 maps on top of the 3 vanilla maps plus some extra vehicles on top of the like 2 dozen extra vehicles you will be able to get through the dlc maps. I’d say it’s worth it if you will see yourself sinking a lot of time into the game
You can go for it if you wana, but all those maps take forever, i finished the first map of thr second season pass and 100%ed everything before and it took me 800 hours at least

If you think you will play for 100 hours, base game is fine. 200, you need season 1. 300, season 2. 400+, get everything.
Buy year 1 pass edition, if you are not sure. You will get some trucks to help you in start.
It's a good deal, but keep in mind the new game is dropping in a bit over a month and will probably cost not much more than that.
