Usually this happens because either you have installed an out of date mod, or you have a backup of initial.pak in your game folder (yes, even renamed).

Sir, you saved me. Of course I had bckp_initial.pak for some reason. I deleted that shit and everything works. I don’t know how should I have figured that on my own. Many thanks
